IAN HERAN has been designing quality homes for over 30 years. He began his career in civil engineering, later designing homes for his father who started in the building industry in Brisbane in 1952.

He continued to design for his brothers, six of whom are registered builders. He learnt to design cost-effective production houses, as well as homes with individual flair and imagination.

Each IAN HERAN design is tailored to suit clients specific needs. Over the last 20 years he has designed homes for country blocks, canal sites,small city lots, renovations, commercial and multi-residential.

As part of the design process, Ian will visit your allotment and listen to your needs and wants, putting together a design based on your brief.

City Living at its Best. This home has been designed for a small block, close to all city amenities of rail, main roads & shopping precincts, yet once inside there is a feeling of space.
The kitchen has everything needed for entertaining and the al fresco space has privacy for family and guests. There are 4 bedrooms, a study and a media room.
